How to access to iTunes backup to browse and retrieve notes of iPhone/iPad

“iTunes is configured to synchronize notes from my iPhone on Mac but where do I find them? I want to access to iTunes backup to retrieve my iphone notes, is there any way to access iTunes backup to view the content of notes from my iPhone?”

iTunes places the backup files in the following places:
