How to Recover Notes from stolen New iPad on Mac OS X Lion

My new iPad was stolen when I was traveling. I had regularly synced my iPad via iTunes on my Mac OS X 10.7 lion. How can I recover the notes from iTunes on the Mac? Is there a tool which can help me recover this stuff?

As we know, the iTunes backup file is a kind of an SQLitedb file that you can't view the content of it, let alone taking data out of it. To get data from it, you need to rely on a third-party tool which can extract it. Of course, there is such a software which enable you to recover note on your stolen new iPad on Mac. Here is my recommendation: iFonebox (Mac) or iFonebox (Windows)

Download the free trial version of iFonebox for Mac to try it for free! This fantastic tool works well with any version of iPad. What’s more, you can also use iFonebox to directly scan and recover notes from your iPad

Step 1. Choose the Recovery mode
Install and run iFonebox on your Mac OS X lion, You will see a main interface. Please choose “Recover from iTunes backup”

Step 2. Select a backup file to start scanning
Here all your backups for any iOS devices as iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch that you have ever synced with iTunes have been searched out. Select the latest backup for your new iPad then click “Start Scan” button to scan and extract the notes in the iTunes backup.

Step 3. Preview and recover notes from New iPad
after the scan, all the content of your New iPad backup file will displayed and listed here. . Click “Notes” to preview details. Select those notes you want and click “Recover” to save them on your Mac .That’s all and simple enough

You can also recover other data like photos, videos, contacts, messages, call history, voice memos, etc from New iPad backup if you need.
